Diana Palchik
With a focus on technology transactions and trademark protection, Diana has worked with well-known companies, including Texas Instruments and Mary Kay, as both outside counsel and in-house counsel. She has collaborated extensively with business managers of diverse backgrounds and nationalities on contract negotiations, deal analysis, and branding strategy. She has handled numerous software licenses, professional services agreements, SaaS agreements, commercial leases, domestic and international trademark applications, and various business matters. Diana is a native speaker of Russian and draws on her international background in her work on deals that involve cross-cultural aspects.
She is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow and a past Director of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Diana brings a varied and rich intellectual property and business law expertise to Wright Connatser’s clients.
Diana received her law degree, B.B.A. in International Business and B.A. in Russian from the University of Texas at Austin. She now calls Dallas home.
