John Love

John enjoys assisting his clients so that they may pursue their creative, business, social, and community goals. Specifically, his clients have included non-profits, software extraordinaires, locally based or family businesses, crowd sourcing companies, artists, and documentary filmmakers. John grew up in Dallas but has also called Chicago and San Francisco “home.” He found his way into the legal profession after working with an investigative firm in San Francisco. In addition to being a co-founder and partner at Warren & Love, LLP, a San Francisco law firm serving the Bay Area that focused on transactional services, John helped form a legal-services and economic development non-profit in San Francisco, which he served as both a director and officer. The non-profit won a “People’s Choice” award in Google’s 2015 Impact Challenge and has since successfully served thousands of eligible low-income individuals.

John graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2012 with academic honors. He was a member of the USF Law Review and a CALI Award Recipient. John graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with academic honors, where he majored in philosophy and minored in creative writing.

It will come as no surprise that John is also a music and film fan, an urban explorer, soccer player, want-to-be writer, and tries to visit the "great outdoors" whenever the opportunity presents itself. He is also a director on local non-profit boards.
